India2home will issue a full refund to the products damaged in the shipping. Buyers will provide valid proof for the damage within 24hours of product delivery to be eligible for this credit.

Returns

Returns are not accepted. But, if you are not satisfied, you will receive a refund on a case-to-case basis after our customer representative gets in touch with you.

Original Payment Method:

Refunds issued to the original payment method mean that the amount paid will be credited back to the same method used for the purchase. This can include:

• Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will be returned to the same credit or debit card used during the transaction.
• Digital Payment Services: Methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets will receive the refund directly to the service used for the purchase.

Store Credit

India2home offers customers the option to receive a refund as store credit instead of refunding to the original payment method. Store credit can be used for future purchases on the platform.
